It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. Appraisal is not on time... They are extending the apprisal by month and the date keeps changing.... When everyone is frustrated with this and put resign then after they give the apprisal to those who didn't on notice period... They give the apprisal once in a two year combined and it was 4-5℅ only.

The team members will never accept new joiners as an equal team member like them. They treats new joiners as junior. They don't help if you face any issue with the work. Horrible hated it... If the rating would start from 0 . I would prefer to rate 0 or below 0.

No salary hikes. If you get also, it will be 1 or 2 percent. For anything you need to raise request. Your bags will be checked everytime. No flexible location available. You need to travel long even if your team is not present there.
