In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly. This can create a very uncomfortable and even discriminatory atmosphere, especially when people are judged or treated differently based on their regional background. 6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. Training Time bondings..... floor environment was good... after my TL left the office...it was like hell.

They will tell you to terminate in every situation...... whenever you will apply for ijp they will choose their favourite employee which was decided by them.... some Tl is so biased towards there team..... so many parameters you have to achieve everytime

Due to huge work load I learned how to work in critical states & improved multitasking skills. I also learned how to handle workload & multiple tasks lonely where it requires 2-3 resources to complete.
