Alright let's be real Tech Mahindra is a service provider of course they are puppets of their clients. Let me tell you my residence location was 6.9 KMS guess what they said - " we don't provide transportation here' anyways it's customer service job role of course you are gonna be treated as sla*es and remember tech Mahindra hires in bulk so I hope you get the idea. Go ahead and learn a skill and get out of this so called customer service industry , i left because i knew i could do so much better. And yes if you want to be in the industry find a better company. When you join this company you will realize that this company is eating 13-14 hours of your day. Last but not the least if you still want to stay , Come daily at work on time ( your shift timings changes everyday) , don't take leaves, don't do any errors, take your salary and incentives and go home....Read More

There is nothing called culture in this organization. Here HR people are so rude that if you go to them for any concern they will straight forward tell you it's your concern company is not responsible for your problems. I have seen many employees including myself, they get hired for some location and after joining hr start asking them to come to either different location or different city.
