Company Culture Office is like Mahindra Service Centre, worst company cafeteria. No Coffee machine available in ODC . Water filter and washroom service is like petrol pump. No Projects at all . No Quality Client Office Politics . They should develop quality of office and project.

Great Campus, inside city center, Roadside food stalls, full energy with collogues , we can enjoy full time inside the campus , swimming pool, cricket stadium, sports center, many more count less.

HR people are useless here. Even for sxual abuze, HR don't listen, they encourages managers to behave in any sort of unprofessional way. Management and HR's both are worst. You might loose job if you raise concern on your manager including with proofs of abuze. In my project Haleon BAU analytics almost 15 people are resigned in 6 months due to various ways of manager torchre and abuze, but HR didn't take any action on manager. This is like working as extreme slavery. Manager is a fak experienced candidate with crminal background with so many criminal cases on him. 9 hr duty , if you do not do the work for one hour in whole day, there is no issue , but they expect everything from new associates and engage them for ground level work , one or two associates who become favourites , the will get anything , but others nothings, after 3+3 year service i just released , there i no growth no salary hike .

Fully Family associated , There is many lazy person , they have hold of this company , no good exposure until they are sitting in org.

Nothing to like as what tht ecompany claims as facilities are the ones given by every company.

No salary hikes. If you get also, it will be 1 or 2 percent. For anything you need to raise request. Your bags will be checked everytime. No flexible location available. You need to travel long even if your team is not present there.

So much politics, and no more hikes and no more promotions in 3 yeaars. They will deduct money in salaary if the share price is falling down. In my offfice, even free coffe/ tea is not there.

In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly. This can create a very uncomfortable and even discriminatory atmosphere, especially when people are judged or treated differently based on their regional background.
