Company Culture Office is like Mahindra Service Centre, worst company cafeteria. No Coffee machine available in ODC . Water filter and washroom service is like petrol pump. No Projects at all . No Quality Client Office Politics . They should develop quality of office and project.

I have been with TechMahindra for ten years. Work culture & the kind of people I was exposed to in my projects were just awesome. I also got to experience Onsite for a while (The United Kingdom). It was entirely up to us to maintain work life balance (depends on projects I guess). Gym & Playground facilities available throughout the week with friendly staff. Career growth can be slow depending on the project. Politics is everywhere. TechM is no exception. Its not very easy to get to know internal HR policies. If HR says this is the policy, well then, that must be the policy. They wont even point you to the appropriate policy page so you can educate yourself (my personal experience).
