Skill Mapping is not good.Though excellent project available in TechM they will allocate you to Kachada project bcz no candidate will b ready to agree to wrk in that project so thy hire u keep u on bench company make candidate to not to be eligible in appraisal cycle so that hike amount of candidate is saved .

Managers will take full credit of your work. Will not allow you to interact with clients. Appraisal is low.single digit increment. Work wise will be working more than 8 hours in some days. There was a deliver manager named Amthe,PS,Preeta - she asked me to available from 10 am to till mid night and there is no working hours since we are working from home.

Highly biased operations Manager - Salma Sattar Shaikh (Handling a process under connect group as Smiths News) -- very poor management . She is extremely toxic for people and revengeful as well in a very very cleaver manner . Being a QA i have personally witnessed many of the tenured team leaders leaving the organization because of her mood swings , a total drama queen on floor and even agents are aware of her behavior. Currently she is running this process as her family business . I left the organization in June 2024 , even now some of the leads and SME's call and share about there grievance of being tortured by her. Anyone planning to join Tech M be very very cautious as DO NOT JOIN SMIITHS NEWS as there is no employee centricity and there are no efforts to retain employee even is they give their blood & sweat for the company . Extremely toxic Manager . Least bothered to save tenured employees . Nothing in black and white . Excess grey matter . She had be showcasing her SME as an assistant manager (Surpassing the growth hierarchy) Operates like a small gang. The moment i realized i decided to leave and abandon the services & i paid for my notice period as it was so so biased and toxic .
