I honestly have nothing to dislike about working at Tech Mahindra. The company provides a supportive environment, ample learning opportunities, and a platform to grow professionally. Any challenges I’ve faced here have only helped me learn and improve, which I view as a positive aspect of my journey.

1) I joined as a fresher and got trained on Java FSD and performed great at the final assessments. Despite all the hard work and dedication for learning and growth they moved me to a support(tickets resolving) role. 2) Even after completing 2 years of experience, not a single one of the candidates who joined with me got any appraisals and people who joined few months later got promoted without even competition of 1 or 2 years. Don't what's wrong with the management. 3) Junior resources/ freshers don't get much values and Opportunities as almost all of the positions required 5+ years experience. Managers will take full credit of your work. Will not allow you to interact with clients. Appraisal is low.single digit increment. Work wise will be working more than 8 hours in some days.

I was into project which I supposed to do enjoyed all the time irrespective with time and upskilled myself at the same time. I was an environment where manager Identified my potential from the day of task. Became alrounder of the project.

The recruitment process was good, they took people bulkly. First 3 months training was good.

The project allocation process was discusting. Even if you can't clear the final exam 1st time you will allocated into good project and those who will clear the exam they get into some bad project. Also there was some very good project you can allocate into while giving the extra exam but allocation team will choose their own preference despite of you are eligible for the exam. For experienced you can't able to change the project due to their discusting project allocation team. And for freshers you will be terminated after your bond completion. And forget about Hike and promotion, even base salary is too low for the current market scenario. You will work here like slave without getting any recognition....Read More

Lack of Equality - Not in between genders but in between employee. Some are working hard and some are getting extra privilege without any hard work. Taking salary equally but not working equally. Supervisor are also not taking any action against those people even they are not looking into it. They are just sitting and chatting. Lack of Professionalism- Person who is genuinely working, they are facing arrogant and rude behavior. Some people are getting special treatments. For eg. Employee who has not taken long leave like 7-8 days from the day they joined, in case of emergency like sever health issue such employees are getting any leave but supervisor's favorite employees are getting leave more than 10-14 days reason behind taking leave it just to visit basically holiday. I Understood taking holidays is not a crime but what about those who are not in good condition and they are asked to join in any condition. Middle class people never visit all the time hospitals, they cannot pay such expensive bill of MBBS doctors. There are many thing but I don't think tech Mahindra can bring improvement in this kind of situation. Even HR is also not looking into it even after complaining about the same issue again and again. Lots of parameters to get the variable pay Managers are not good Always searching for an opportunity to deduct your salary They will give weekoff on company holiday, so that they can save money Night shift allowance is very less 100 rupees per day and many projects don't have the night shift allowance as well

Highly biased operations Manager - Salma Sattar Shaikh (Handling a process under connect group as Smiths News) -- very poor management . She is extremely toxic for people and revengeful as well in a very very cleaver manner . Being a QA i have personally witnessed many of the tenured team leaders leaving the organization because of her mood swings , a total drama queen on floor and even agents are aware of her behavior. Currently she is running this process as her family business . I left the organization in June 2024 , even now some of the leads and SME's call and share about there grievance of being tortured by her. Anyone planning to join Tech M be very very cautious as DO NOT JOIN SMIITHS NEWS as there is no employee centricity and there are no efforts to retain employee even is they give their blood & sweat for the company . Extremely toxic Manager . Least bothered to save tenured employees . Nothing in black and white . Excess grey matter . She had be showcasing her SME as an assistant manager (Surpassing the growth hierarchy) Operates like a small gang. The moment i realized i decided to leave and abandon the services & i paid for my notice period as it was so so biased and toxic . The work environment is very good and collaborative and their team members and seniors and colleagues are very helpfull and supportive . Overall tech Mahindra gave me the better opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills.

Their shift timings are very inconvenient . Because their day shift is okay but night shifts are not good for the female employees because the shift timings like 4:00 to 1:00 So I was not comfortable to work there.
