Work Details

I work as an Team leader, leading a team of 20 individuals. Taking care of everything starting, shrinkage,input metrics, assistance on real time challenges, Feedback and coaching & L&D.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
