For a freshers it is okay to start his/her career. Just it will help you to give a start. After completing your 6 months or 1 year you should immediately apply for a Big MNCs like Amazon, Tcs, cognizant etc....After 1 year doing the job in TechM will be a stupid things or it's a foolish thing to waste your time.

Dislikes

Work culture is not so supportive. Mostly managers feel they are the authority and you will be treated like a slave of ISIS or Taliban.
