In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly. This can create a very uncomfortable and even discriminatory atmosphere, especially when people are judged or treated differently based on their regional background. The fact that there was high pressure to perform, combined with difficulties in getting leave or proper shifts, seems like a very challenging situation. 6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. It's a bulk list they never accept my permission on PF funds so that after completing the 2 months of notice period and also after the notice period the 2 more months completed however Im still unable to claim my PF funds and the same thing I informed to my Process HR and after loads of follow ups he didn't responded me so sent a request email to the Mr. Rajat. Madaan and forwarded the trail mail with him. But he also didn't take any further serious action on his HRs team neither against the PF claims department I am completely unable to utilise my PF funds due to non acceptance by the company authorities. As fresher when I joined there so I the way that they give initial 2 months for learnings in which 1month is training period and another is OJT so that I like they give time to new candidates to learn about the process and work.

The leaves process is terrible they will not allow you leaves even if you have enough still they won't allow you to take leaves also the salary is too less apart from this they will mentally harass you if you want to leave the organisation.

Management is like they are running school and it's completely unprofessional. They even don't have any idea about corporate things and yet they are making decisions on behalf of employees. They include PLI as a part of CTC and anytime they can deduct or cut your PLI even after your 100% performance. You don't get appraisal however in the name of companies bad performance u can loose ur in hand salary also which is their policy. They hire for one thing and they make you to do something else. Don't fall for it, go through JD thoroughly and ask all the doubts before making any decision. They will always find a way to cut your salary be ready for it. Some Team leaders not all, assume that ur getting 50k per month like that the will torcher you as hell.
