They have got good setup and infrastructure available in all the cities, hence moving from one location to another is easier.

Lot of politics, At every level, Senior leadership commitment are just too shady, they will say good things on your face and then go behind your back and forget about it. Bad people in the Mid and Senior level exception to my level and 1-2 level above me. Favored increment, the leadership likes to be buttered all the time and this is across the globe. If you want to migrate to another country the whole leadership will come into effect and will make sure u can't move. They will tell you that you have cleared the panel discussion with the leadership, but when it come to giving promotion, no one will respond, but they want people to work for 15-18 hours and be quite about everything else....Read More

The ibu management doesnt allow people to grow and to sit next to them. After working for 16 yrs and countless accolades from customer, i had to move on. Lobby works.. If u r marathi u will flourish.. No timely salary hikes... No promotions.. No growth map.. They juat want u4 and just work. Employee has become comodity and number
