#1. Huge bench streangth. Life changing ! You can enter different Technology projects if you are willing to put little effort being on bench. #1. Worst annual hikes. TechM will hire candidate from outside with 5x pakage in a similar team as you, with just 30 minutes of interview evaluation but they will not spend little money on your upskilling. #2. Outdated Top Management. Almost every project has such outdated Senior Managers. Remember, due to Job Security, these old folks never left the company from 15/20 year and they are dominating the organization like a Tribal king with outdated techniques having their own folks sorrounding them makes them a strong leader. I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.
Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.

No opportunity to grow in company. Upper Management is not able to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.

Work life balance , can easily finish work and enjoy rest of time with family . Have lots of project so that even on bench can get project . People are friendly.
Compensation wise not UPTO the mark. Whatever you get at entry is the best , appraisal cycle not followed, 2-5% hike that too in couple of years .

If you want to join Tech Mahindra by any chance, I would say think about it atleast 10 times. Their work culture will damaged your work life balance. Full of politics and toxic environment, there are very short term projects you will be always worried about your next project and project extension. Office Politics is full and everyone will try to pulling back.

The bench policy is just worst , if you are in bench for 30 days then you are fired. They didn't consider if you get so many achievements previously.

If you are assigned to a project then Tech M management won't ask you anything and it's up to you how you manage your client which will eventually leads to your work life balance
No increment no appraisal even if you do extra ordinary work work and gets multiple acknowledgement from client. Some times your tech m assigned manager will cause unnecessary stress to you

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good
