TechM culture is based on connect with boss. if you are in good books of higher management, you are taken care no matter you work or not. others have to toil hard but get nonrecognition or compensation.

Dislikes

Yearly assessment is worst in tech mahindra, the higher management has the luxury of choosing candidates who are in their good books and give empty hand to all others. one of the worst appraisal system is in Tech Mahindra across India.
