I worked with a Project VFQ in Tech M and it was a dreadful experience. Absolutely Toxic work culture, Poor Management and pathetic HR policies. Absolutely poor work culture.

the name is good but in total the place where i had worked the senior management was biased and that is killing the edge of the Tech Mahindra.

Dislikes

Senior Management, no one leaves the organization we leaves our managers, few level who are veterans are killing the ideology of the system. Manhindras are losing revenue because of these people.
