I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth

Manager misbehaving and team leader behaviour is very bad Is associate sick then they say whatever u ll come and login completed ur shift then go take rest so many think bcoz of this company I lose my job now im jobless heartfully tech Mahindra who r working there I mean who ur in good position because of the associate if associate will not come to office then manager what they do .
