Different type of work While I enjoy working for the company, the tasks I perform in my current position have become repetitive. I spend most of my day doing data entry on the computer, rather than interacting with customers.

Work pressure, there's no increament, No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good. Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters. If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.

they will just employee you in someother LOB and then after sometime they will shift you in different according to the mood of team leader , will state that it's process demand. They just want to employee everyone but don't have PC's for the employee. Team leaders and SME are so worst like top level worst that they make workspace toxic , so much toxic your mind will say i just don't want to work. It's just the brand name techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. No promotions or appraisals since last 3 cycles and now they are reducing the variable payout to 80% too.. Firstly the salary being paid is very less and on top there are no promotions or appraisals and when asked why, the leadership team doesn't have an answer. Very bad team management.
