Work from home was good but eventually they made it that also horrible by constant video calls for every meeting

Everything, hikes promotion, politics, zero support for new moms, no growth or promotion for them, no support from mgmt or hr

It's a decent Indian IT company, you'll be rewarded iwith an onsite opportunity if you work hard. Not much growth if you don't explore or nurture a new skill. Zero hike no matter how many years you stay. You get recognised only when you show your value with an alternate offer.

Skilled employees are not correctly alligned to profiles. Even if you see any internal vacancy matching your profile still your business unit will not allow you to release from their project and you are forced to work in non matching profiles.
