Due to huge work load I learned how to work in critical states & improved multitasking skills. I also learned how to handle workload & multiple tasks lonely where it requires 2-3 resources to complete.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. Tech-M dont care about their employee satisfaction. The processes are made only for organization benefits which shows that how organization working with labor mentality.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

Appraisal is not on time... They are extending the apprisal by month and the date keeps changing.... When everyone is frustrated with this and put resign then after they give the apprisal to those who didn't on notice period... They give the apprisal once in a two year combined and it was 4-5℅ only.

nothing...too much work pressure in almost every project... so leaves.. no saturday sunday.. i took 3 leaves in full year( include almost 90% saturday sunday) and daily working hours are greater than 12.5 hrs ..minimum 12.5 hrs

Every organization has areas for improvement, and at Tech Mahindra, one challenge I’ve observed is project deadlines being tight at times, frequent changes in requirements, or work-life balance during peak projects. People on top management, majority of them are from Maharashtra , they give importance to Marathis, they don't give much importance for individual's technical skill, they follow language bias.Most of the meetings are held in Marati, if anyone oppose this though he or she is technically strong, will be thrown out of the company. Training Time bondings..... floor environment was good... after my TL left the office...it was like hell.

No promotion...no appreciation for your hard work.. They will tell you to terminate in every situation...... whenever you will apply for ijp they will choose their favourite employee which was decided by them.... some Tl is so biased towards there team..... so many parameters you have to achieve everytime

There is nothing to like its full of torture to be in this organisation.they will not recognise you and they will always scold us for what we ever did and they blame us dialy for that mistake.Its inappropriate to talk like that to the employees.

100% no to this company mainly we will loss our health if we continously work at that organisation coz they didnt even send to breaks or lunch at exact time they will send us when they want to send if the shift was ending at that time they will send.If u bring more yea from customers then they will send to lunch nd break until thenu have ro stay.the worst horrible thing is that they didnt even send to washroom.Moreovee there will be no growth in this orgnisation no salary or incentives or shift allowance we have to work until our battery is dead eveeyday....Read More
