My colleagues were nice and helpful but they were also pissed off with the management politics so started leaving the company one by one when I joined.

Dislikes

Its completely manager driven company. HR rarely communicate with employees and it is of no good. Manager recruits according to their will and who ever do better buttering, without thinking about the company. They don't care about valuable skilled resources rather involved in office politics. in 2 years no appraisal even I was sitting at client side and giving full productivity.

There is nothing called culture in this organization. Here HR people are so rude that if you go to them for any concern they will straight forward tell you it's your concern company is not responsible for your problems. I have seen many employees including myself, they get hired for some location and after joining hr start asking them to come to either different location or different city. Tech Mahindra is an absolutely amazing organisation, the colleagues were amazing and the managerial staff were also supportive.

Dislikes

Everything. The work culture at tech Mahindra is very toxic, people do plan and plot politics against each other for no reason. Salary issues are there, shift issues, you will always be working and won't get to time even to use washroom etc.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.

Company work culture not all for all reasons people's. This is good for South Indian, other reagion people avoide for all company benifit, like work appreciate and other approval. Job security also not there. If project gone, very few option to available for other projects. Hiring time project to go live, after that no project. Like govt job as per work culture..

Appraisal is not on time... They are extending the apprisal by month and the date keeps changing.... When everyone is frustrated with this and put resign then after they give the apprisal to those who didn't on notice period... They give the apprisal once in a two year combined and it was 4-5℅ only.

The team members will never accept new joiners as an equal team member like them. They treats new joiners as junior. They don't help if you face any issue with the work. Horrible hated it... If the rating would start from 0 . I would prefer to rate 0 or below 0.

nothing...too much work pressure in almost every project... so leaves.. no saturday sunday.. i took 3 leaves in full year( include almost 90% saturday sunday) and daily working hours are greater than 12.5 hrs ..minimum 12.5 hrs
