It was rewarding to work with 3 Global services before Tech Mahindra took over the operations. 3 Global services was handled professionally well. They valued their employees and gave all the support to grow within the organization and also motivated employes by giving them their fair due ay acknowldeging the efforts and results.

Dislikes

Once 3 Global servies was taken over by Tech Mahindra, environment became toxic. only one thing worked (How one can please his or her boss). No professionalism at work. Bosses have attitude and they don't even make efforts to know anything abt his team member. Its hell to work with Tech Mahindra. It will not only discourage the person from doing well but his health will also be affected.

The leader and superior were very supportive.. Just one thing that i did not like was the client's way of rating us.... Pthe clients faults were the mark down for our performance and the superior lectures us for the same...

Thier very strict policy towards employees and 60 days notice period from the first day of joining in your probation period

they provide work from home option if you want as per the requirement and that helped me lot

they were helpful in many ways but they dont understand the stress of the employee and they dont care if someone in the family is ill or died , they just want you to show up on work even though if there is issue at home
