Job security is big concern here.Once you get released from the project ,there are high chances that manager will give negative feedback and you can be fired in a short period of time..HR don't have any power to save you .Managers are pathetic here.They have not upgraded themselves since long time.they are non technical also they don't have management skills.Neither they don't have any management degree. Even they wont be able to write simple for and if statement in java.I am not sure how they become managers here..technical person will get job in 1-2 months even after getting fired.but managers wont be able to get any job outside techM .they are staying there since long because they don't want to work....Read More
