nothing...too much work pressure in almost every project... so leaves.. no saturday sunday.. i took 3 leaves in full year( include almost 90% saturday sunday) and daily working hours are greater than 12.5 hrs ..minimum 12.5 hrs

In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly. This can create a very uncomfortable and even discriminatory atmosphere, especially when people are judged or treated differently based on their regional background. The fact that there was high pressure to perform, combined with difficulties in getting leave or proper shifts, seems like a very challenging situation. Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

Fortunately..we have made a exciting team which also lead to friends and management leads are good with us ....again we are fortunate ..but rest teams God knows 🙏🙏

Worst management and HR is ridiculous no one cares about you it's all about your work work work...transport was hell ,cafeteria average .. leave mangamemt and Policies were not up to mark ...

There is nothing to like its full of torture to be in this organisation.they will not recognise you and they will always scold us for what we ever did and they blame us dialy for that mistake.Its inappropriate to talk like that to the employees.

100% no to this company mainly we will loss our health if we continously work at that organisation coz they didnt even send to breaks or lunch at exact time they will send us when they want to send if the shift was ending at that time they will send.If u bring more yea from customers then they will send to lunch nd break until thenu have ro stay.the worst horrible thing is that they didnt even send to washroom.Moreovee there will be no growth in this orgnisation no salary or incentives or shift allowance we have to work until our battery is dead eveeyday....Read More
