Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

Extremely unprofessional place to work ... entire organization works on ad-hoc basis and post organization restructuring all service lines are more interested in passing the buck instead of taking ownership
