Unnecessary asking travel with out any client requirements even in notice period upto last working day, forcing to do other consultant task etc.stoping to approve time sheet evening working more than 9 hour's holidays and weekends. Received big big mails with like escalations those are not professional manner. And about project informed to HR department and higher departments although no use they are not responding. Once resigned in organisation also no one asked why you are living. I faced like torcher/ragging, so that only I am living from tech Mahindra family... Coming to travel policy is very bad Not providing flight and i struggled lot and faced many health issues while travel 14 hours journey in train. Even u4 band not giving flight eligibility if not eligible train ticket need booked by company/travel desk atleast. Adavance amount reciving after the one week Travel claims reciving more than a month. Lot of things are there to tell about techmahindra family... Bye........Read More

Tech Mahindra is very good company, but there are people settled down there with less / no skill set and unfortunately they are managers absolutely no idea on future skills and if we tell them about future skill sets they don't show interest. There are some projects where managers give hikes to their community/caste people even Freshers get hikes based in caste based politics. Company wise very good but need to change the out dated managers and encourage youngsters with latest skill set...Read More

I was with Satyam Computers for about an year. Its financial irregularities had surfaced up just after I left the company. I had a good learning that Big Companies like Anderson (now Accenture), Satyam Computers (now TechMahindra) were built on unethical practices.

Dislikes

I left as a Lead Consultant on a Horizontal practice after working for just an year and the company had bad practices that on exit, they imposed non-compete clause for 2 years. It appears totally unfair because of which I am still unemployed.
