My time at it was riddled with frustrations. The management style was consistently top-down, with little room for employee input or suggestions. Decisions were made in silos, often without considering the impact on teams or individual contributors. This lack of transparency and communication created a climate of mistrust and uncertainty. The company culture was equally disheartening. There was a palpable lack of work-life balance, with unrealistic expectations and a pervasive sense of being constantly "on call." The emphasis seemed to be on quantity over quality, leading to a decline in both productivity and morale. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating a homogenous and unwelcoming environment. Overall, my experience was a negative one. The toxic management style and unsupportive culture left me feeling undervalued and drained. Learning is better than previous companies

Too much workload due to insufficient staff in the process. They are not even try to hire employees even if they said they need three more employees. Something is always deducted from salary every month and then, we have to wait for 1-2 months till manager send an email to HR and it gets approved. Something of the promoted TL don’t even deserved to be at that position.

Project will not allow you to do your personal thing it is over all worst management I came across really bad management don't have job security my 2-3 colleague terminated because of they against of there rules and so called project.

Management, weekly shift change , rotational shifts, working hours,bad projects client don't care about associate and tech Mahindra management too they only care about process in any circumstances,No leaves approval,only 100/- night shift Allowance provided by company for whole night work.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

Terms and conditions related to shifting from one state to another state by client requirements. HRA (house rent allowance)related to shifting from metropolitan city 15hours a day work culture but making in timesheet for 9 hr only. Leave in cash : not possible due to project complexity didnot took leave and lapsed all leaves. Only earned leaves no sick leaves category. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. Nothing to like, no growth, managers are also rude. infrastructure is old, colorless water taps in washroom.(In Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune). Boring food in canteen. Try to join on your own risk, If you get good people in your project then it’s fine to join this company. Suddenly they release you from project. Then force you to resign from company, HR will say don’t tell anyone about this.

Working with Tech Mahindra (Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune) since 3.7 years and overall 7.6 years of experience I am having. Worst HR ever, forced me to resign in closed meeting room in person, worst torture ever. HR (Rakhi Dhongde) literally, ran behind me to catch up till lift door, when I refused to sign on resign papers and left the meeting room immediately, she refused to go outside from HR department ODC, she didn’t provided door access until and unless I do signature on resign papers, seized my mobile phone. Scolded on me don’t call anyone, don’t tell anyone about this situation, even didn’t allow me to go washroom, directly said no to me. No one can believe me but yes it’s true. Just having reason that there is no project assigned to me. I already discussed with them that I am ready to work on any project or any location, they said no, I don’t no why. They won't fire you, but they'll create such environment where employees will resign by themselves.

No salary hike since last 4yrs. Too much micro-management inside team. Client will make you work for 20hrs, and management will support that without any questions. No reward system. Company won't spend single penny on you other than salary.

Biased and Partial. No growth at all. Political Environment. Salary is like 1/4th of Market demand. In the name of IJP there is a salary increment of 200 rupees. For promotions they don't need hard working people only needs buttering. They won't give you leaves in your emergency as well. Job security is poor.
