My time at it was riddled with frustrations. The management style was consistently top-down, with little room for employee input or suggestions. Decisions were made in silos, often without considering the impact on teams or individual contributors. This lack of transparency and communication created a climate of mistrust and uncertainty. The company culture was equally disheartening. There was a palpable lack of work-life balance, with unrealistic expectations and a pervasive sense of being constantly "on call." The emphasis seemed to be on quantity over quality, leading to a decline in both productivity and morale. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating a homogenous and unwelcoming environment. Overall, my experience was a negative one. The toxic management style and unsupportive culture left me feeling undervalued and drained. Project will not allow you to do your personal thing it is over all worst management I came across really bad management don't have job security my 2-3 colleague terminated because of they against of there rules and so called project.
Management, weekly shift change , rotational shifts, working hours,bad projects client don't care about associate and tech Mahindra management too they only care about process in any circumstances,No leaves approval,only 100/- night shift Allowance provided by company for whole night work.

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.
Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.
