Dislikes

No increment no appraisal even if you do extra ordinary work work and gets multiple acknowledgement from client. Some times your tech m assigned manager will cause unnecessary stress to you

Tortures agents to do OT, they first day I'll receive the OT amount in next month salary but never credits. It's been 5 months im waiting for my OT payout. Big big chance for girls. You'll work always in night shift. Huge work pressure. Zero work life balance. No matter how far or close you stay from office location, you will end up spending 12 hours daily for office. Long working hours No learning and development sessions.
