You won't be able to buyout notice period. As per my conversation with colleagues you will also get very less hikes(not my opinion because it's been only a third month since I started working)

Very worst work life balance in tech Mahindra..no manpower in team to handle tons of load. They are doing 5 people's work from 1 person in project. Always job termination threats from program managers.. I will never ever suggest anyone to join here ..very very bad work culture.

I didn't liked anything about tech Mahindra..it's a very bad company to join ..everyone pls beware before joining this company..after joining you will not have time to talk with wife also ..forget about family work ..24*7 they will ask you to login and do the work. And if you don't do it they put you termination threats and making your life hell.

Tech M org enough good to start your career & explore other opportunities. 3. work is depends upon client to client. which client your mapped. overall ok to work in Tech mahindra.

1. No increment from last 2 years. 2. Appraisal is like peanuts. 3. Once you map in any project. tech m BHR not respond you.no support as well. 4. its good company to start for freshers & spend 2 to 3 yrs then move on.

I will be very frank..The work life balance might differ according to project. For me, Work was never an issue within the project. Its just that you should be knowing what you are doing and you are working as per client requirement. that's what every company wants from you. A perfect CSAT and a supporting manager is an addon. Not every project has this benefit but my manager is very cool he only bothers about if I have delivered the work or not. If not, he will extend his support. Manager cares about the employee and in my past 3 years at TechM, My manager never called me on weekends or forced me to work on weekends. Instead he will say, why you are working on weekend, Do it on weekdays. I am lucky to have manager like him....Read More

Manager is also loaded with work, so bit difficult to take out his time for resource's concern. Rest all really good. One more thing, Office location should be close and should be allocated as per resource's travel feasibility.

No personal touch. Lot of pressure. Management just like to talk about work. Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

Not much, it all depends on the project you get. If you are familiar with anyone from higher management, you will get the project or else you are on your own.

I did not like company culture much. Siloed working and its always about delivery thats all. Typical bossism culture and upline management hardly cares about employee skill development. It is just about revenue, ebidta and thats all. No employee engagement

They paid only 13 k to freshers and don't allow food and phones in office. Even they have locker but all lockers are preoccupied and one has to put there bag outside . No promotions they are just exploiting freshers .

HR Rajat marjara worst HR ever I mean he should be kicked out of the company ASAP he is real fraudster. He will never stick to his words if anyone joins tech m please take everything documented don't believe any verbal communication given by any one HR, TL, HOD, MANAGER no one is Trustable. Dirty politics going on there.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

Terms and conditions related to shifting from one state to another state by client requirements. HRA (house rent allowance)related to shifting from metropolitan city 15hours a day work culture but making in timesheet for 9 hr only. Leave in cash : not possible due to project complexity didnot took leave and lapsed all leaves. Only earned leaves no sick leaves category.
