Here HR people are so rude that if you go to them for any concern they will straight forward tell you it's your concern company is not responsible for your problems. I have seen many employees including myself, they get hired for some location and after joining hr start asking them to come to either different location or different city. Appraisal.. All tech mites know this problem where the company never gives the appraisal on time. Also the arrears amount was not provided for last FY Leaves... As per our project, If a individual takes a emergency leave or doesn't show up to work. He will lose his incentives, has to apply a leave, and need to cover the login hours.
