My time at it was riddled with frustrations. The management style was consistently top-down, with little room for employee input or suggestions. Decisions were made in silos, often without considering the impact on teams or individual contributors. This lack of transparency and communication created a climate of mistrust and uncertainty. The company culture was equally disheartening. There was a palpable lack of work-life balance, with unrealistic expectations and a pervasive sense of being constantly "on call." The emphasis seemed to be on quantity over quality, leading to a decline in both productivity and morale. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating a homogenous and unwelcoming environment. Overall, my experience was a negative one. Learning is better than previous companies

Too much workload due to insufficient staff in the process. They are not even try to hire employees even if they said they need three more employees. Something is always deducted from salary every month and then, we have to wait for 1-2 months till manager send an email to HR and it gets approved. Something of the promoted TL don’t even deserved to be at that position.

Project will not allow you to do your personal thing it is over all worst management I came across really bad management don't have job security my 2-3 colleague terminated because of they against of there rules and so called project.

Management, weekly shift change , rotational shifts, working hours,bad projects client don't care about associate and tech Mahindra management too they only care about process in any circumstances,No leaves approval,only 100/- night shift Allowance provided by company for whole night work.

Management is like they are running school and it's completely unprofessional. They even don't have any idea about corporate things and yet they are making decisions on behalf of employees. They include PLI as a part of CTC and anytime they can deduct or cut your PLI even after your 100% performance. You don't get appraisal however in the name of companies bad performance u can loose ur in hand salary also which is their policy. They hire for one thing and they make you to do something else. Don't fall for it, go through JD thoroughly and ask all the doubts before making any decision. They will always find a way to cut your salary be ready for it. Genuine suggestion look for other company though we know now the IT culture become worst however this company even doesn't deserve to be considered for at least 1% In short be ready to be slave of management and they can make u to act as they wish irrespective of your qualification or background....Read More

Firstly, i would recommend not to join in this company as Non voice process, i don't know about other process. Some Team leaders not all, assume that ur getting 50k per month like that the will torcher you as hell. People on top management, majority of them are from Maharashtra , they give importance to Marathis, they don't give much importance for individual's technical skill, they follow language bias.Most of the meetings are held in Marati, if anyone oppose this though he or she is technically strong, will be thrown out of the company. Training Time bondings..... floor environment was good... after my TL left the office...it was like hell.

No promotion...no appreciation for your hard work.. They will tell you to terminate in every situation...... whenever you will apply for ijp they will choose their favourite employee which was decided by them.... some Tl is so biased towards there team..... so many parameters you have to achieve everytime
