Only just average package of salary nothing else.

Dislikes

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. This company is only good for skill development, learners and beginners like especially freshers but not good for senior associates. Everything revolves around your manager here.

Nothing to like as what tht ecompany claims as facilities are the ones given by every company.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. If you get also, it will be 1 or 2 percent. For anything you need to raise request. Your bags will be checked everytime. No flexible location available. You need to travel long even if your team is not present there.

So much politics, and no more hikes and no more promotions in 3 yeaars. They will deduct money in salaary if the share price is falling down. In my offfice, even free coffe/ tea is not there.

Pathetic Politics of Higher Management which promotes favoritism, Useless RMGs & WFM team who never ever work, Without intimation they will release from projects, which is against the Organizational Policies but NO HR will Q' it. LOW Salaries and No Hikes. Tool Allocations, Mail Allocations won't prove your assignment on Projects. Shameless & Silent Layoffs with No reasons.
