Only thing you like is about the commission which comes on 15th every month nothing else.

Only pushing the people to achieving the target which are not been able to achieved by everyone if you don't there is no commission in which you will end up in getting error cutting basic salary and giving commision on that.

Different type of work While I enjoy working for the company, the tasks I perform in my current position have become repetitive. I spend most of my day doing data entry on the computer, rather than interacting with customers.

Work pressure, there's no increament, No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good. Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters. If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.

When I join Tech Mahindra I think I will work harder and amateur but in bhubaneswar tech Mahindra all thing are very terrible. The team leader is asking for people Drinking alcohol and we*d My team leader is never asked because he know how I am. As I am not sitting with him for drinks and smoking he doesn't like me every time torture shouting.

Most dislike is in Bhubaneswar tech mahindra site is very terrible. My PLI is high but one of the associate who is best buttering associated of team leader is getting promotion and they tried to me to take some WL where I am unable to give IJP. I understand the plans the managers and the team leaders doing inside the office for thatreason.i left that job. And the salary is so less did you people paying 12k a associate. My last withdraw salary is Rs.14288 of 1.8years experience. 1.8 years experience no promotion and increment is 2k only. For this thing I am not getting better hike in any company. Where the freshers are getting 17k take-home salary I am also getting the same in present job and upcomming offer of jobs. they didn't paid me the salary for the work. Let me to do work forcefully in my break periods and unusually marked absent and deducting when i told to pay there HR started insulting even i was present for 6 months continuous. so i have taken action on labor court.

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.
