they will just employee you in someother LOB and then after sometime they will shift you in different according to the mood of team leader , will state that it's process demand. They just want to employee everyone but don't have PC's for the employee. Team leaders and SME are so worst like top level worst that they make workspace toxic , so much toxic your mind will say i just don't want to work. It's just the brand name techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. Too many reason work life balance was pretty bad due to rotational shifts and week off for leaves we need to apply weeks before still not sure if it will be approved during holiday season and targets were just too much sometimes too achieve!!

I’m not familiar with other campuses, but I worked at the Tech Mahindra campus in HiTech City. The outdoor surroundings, architecture, greenery, plants, swimming pool, and gym were amazing. I absolutely loved it!

I worked in the Verizon chat process, and at the time, I had no idea how the office operated with cheap politics. The IJP rollout was a waste, with fixed promotions and a terrible culture of nepotism and favoritism. No one seems to care as they’re only focused on the numbers. Due to huge work load I learned how to work in critical states & improved multitasking skills. I also learned how to handle workload & multiple tasks lonely where it requires 2-3 resources to complete.
