Job security, else evrything is worst. Poor management, no team engagement activity, no social participation, just work salary and home there is no life.

I'm in French calling, workflow varies time to time. Lack of employee engagement or team outing make my work boring. HR is also lazy in order to initiate employee satisfactory activities, operation manager manipulates everything. No diwali bonus or even.
