No appraisal No promotion no visa processing for good employees. No job security.Buttering of managers is common phenomenon.Do buttering or face consequences of being fired.No respect of employees.Unprofessional environment.HR has no role and work as puppets of managers.Very old management and they encourage buttering and follow them culture. No career growth and opportunities.Your voice is not heard. Employee unfriendly.Would suggest people to join other company instead of joining Tech Mahindra....Read More

I've been working as a QA in Tech Mahindra for almost 3 years now. Total experiences around eight years. I got a job in a new organisation for 20 lakhs fixed, but it's Night Shift. I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. My Current CTC is 15L and Work Life balance is Awesome in TechM
