It's pretty clear they have no respect for their staff. There's no appreciation or even appraisals. They keep hiring fresh talent and giving them raises, but the old-timers are left in the dust. That's why I'm giving dislike.

One of the worst management i came across and no one is bothered about employee well being rather than work. They don't care what employee is going through and they don't even support there employee in providing wfh if needed in any kind of personal or emergency situations. Especially few managers are making employees feel very uncomfortable which ultimately impacts company fame. Definitely dislike to join in Tech M mainly in view of poor management and employee well being, work life balance. - Was selected from the campus placement and was told about the internship which turned out to be a full time training with a trainer allotted to us -the trainer was not at all good 6 months just wasted from work from home and no new skills learned - the offer letter we got after 6 months of training had to be 2 years of bond and pay 1lak if we break it - additional they provide us retention bonus which we were supposed to pay if we leave the company after 24 months to 6 months , so basically it was for 30 months and this was not mentioned before for during the offer letter. - if you have experience pls don't join this company...Read More

When the business goes down they don't hesitate to layoff the employee in days. When the issues in the project are reported the management doesn't interfere and take necessary steps to control the damage. Whatever the client says becomes final without any query and response. Worst management practices. Never join this company unless there is a compulsion.

RMG team is a disaster,they are too lazy and won't provide you projects when you are on bench even if you are a fresher they expect you to find a project by yourself and if you are not able to find a project they fill force you to resign and layoff. HR's are as unprofessional and unethical as they can get. Salary for freshers is worst in the industry as well as hikes are bad. My advice will be if you have better opportunity or even a startup offer join there instead of joining here and destroying your career. When we approach HR regarding any medical reasons or issues, they straightaway push the candidate for termination and resignation. There is no understanding of employees by the HR Team. No member from HR Team is supportive for situation.

Too many reason work life balance was pretty bad due to rotational shifts and week off for leaves we need to apply weeks before still not sure if it will be approved during holiday season and targets were just too much sometimes too achieve!!
