Every organization has areas for improvement, and at Tech Mahindra, one challenge I’ve observed is project deadlines being tight at times, frequent changes in requirements, or work-life balance during peak projects. However, I understand that this is part of a dynamic work environment, and the company does provide opportunities to manage these challenges effectively

Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

Terms and conditions related to shifting from one state to another state by client requirements. HRA (house rent allowance)related to shifting from metropolitan city 15hours a day work culture but making in timesheet for 9 hr only. Leave in cash : not possible due to project complexity didnot took leave and lapsed all leaves. Only earned leaves no sick leaves category. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. My colleagues were nice and helpful but they were also pissed off with the management politics so started leaving the company one by one when I joined.

Its completely manager driven company. HR rarely communicate with employees and it is of no good. Manager recruits according to their will and who ever do better buttering, without thinking about the company. They don't care about valuable skilled resources rather involved in office politics. in 2 years no appraisal even I was sitting at client side and giving full productivity.

Here HR people are so rude that if you go to them for any concern they will straight forward tell you it's your concern company is not responsible for your problems. I have seen many employees including myself, they get hired for some location and after joining hr start asking them to come to either different location or different city. People on top management, majority of them are from Maharashtra , they give importance to Marathis, they don't give much importance for individual's technical skill, they follow language bias.Most of the meetings are held in Marati, if anyone oppose this though he or she is technically strong, will be thrown out of the company. Training Time bondings..... floor environment was good... after my TL left the office...it was like hell.

No promotion...no appreciation for your hard work.. They will tell you to terminate in every situation...... whenever you will apply for ijp they will choose their favourite employee which was decided by them.... some Tl is so biased towards there team..... so many parameters you have to achieve everytime

Due to huge work load I learned how to work in critical states & improved multitasking skills. I also learned how to handle workload & multiple tasks lonely where it requires 2-3 resources to complete.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. Tech-M dont care about their employee satisfaction. The processes are made only for organization benefits which shows that how organization working with labor mentality.
