Different type of work While I enjoy working for the company, the tasks I perform in my current position have become repetitive. I spend most of my day doing data entry on the computer, rather than interacting with customers.

Nothing to like as what tht ecompany claims as facilities are the ones given by every company.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. If you get also, it will be 1 or 2 percent. For anything you need to raise request. Your bags will be checked everytime. No flexible location available. You need to travel long even if your team is not present there.

They don't conduct background verification before joining. After joining if you fail to clear background verification they got right to terminate you even if you have worked for months. Which is unfair in employee part.

Every organization has areas for improvement, and at Tech Mahindra, one challenge I’ve observed is project deadlines being tight at times, frequent changes in requirements, or work-life balance during peak projects. However, I understand that this is part of a dynamic work environment, and the company does provide opportunities to manage these challenges effectively

So much politics, and no more hikes and no more promotions in 3 yeaars. They will deduct money in salaary if the share price is falling down. In my offfice, even free coffe/ tea is not there.

In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly. This can create a very uncomfortable and even discriminatory atmosphere, especially when people are judged or treated differently based on their regional background. The fact that there was high pressure to perform, combined with difficulties in getting leave or proper shifts, seems like a very challenging situation.
