I have worked on only one service-based project in Tech Mahindra. The basic package there for a Fresher was 1.6LPA then. I came to know this once I was in there and the employees are not treated well. A bunch of north Indian people(sorry to mention this) come here using a few references and settle down in the management roles and ruin the entire ecosystem.
