Management is like they are running school and it's completely unprofessional. They even don't have any idea about corporate things and yet they are making decisions on behalf of employees. They include PLI as a part of CTC and anytime they can deduct or cut your PLI even after your 100% performance. You don't get appraisal however in the name of companies bad performance u can loose ur in hand salary also which is their policy. They hire for one thing and they make you to do something else. Don't fall for it, go through JD thoroughly and ask all the doubts before making any decision. They will always find a way to cut your salary be ready for it.
