Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

Not much, it all depends on the project you get. If you are familiar with anyone from higher management, you will get the project or else you are on your own.
I did not like company culture much. Siloed working and its always about delivery thats all. Typical bossism culture and upline management hardly cares about employee skill development. It is just about revenue, ebidta and thats all. No employee engagement

Team leaders and SME are so worst like top level worst that they make workspace toxic , so much toxic your mind will say i just don't want to work. It's just the brand name techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary.
