Giving salary on time. Giving opportunities to upgrade position.

Lack of Equality - Not in between genders but in between employee. Some are working hard and some are getting extra privilege without any hard work. Taking salary equally but not working equally. Supervisor are also not taking any action against those people even they are not looking into it. They are just sitting and chatting. Lack of Professionalism- Person who is genuinely working, they are facing arrogant and rude behavior. Some people are getting special treatments. For eg. Employee who has not taken long leave like 7-8 days from the day they joined, in case of emergency like sever health issue such employees are getting any leave but supervisor's favorite employees are getting leave more than 10-14 days reason behind taking leave it just to visit basically holiday. I Understood taking holidays is not a crime but what about those who are not in good condition and they are asked to join in any condition. Middle class people never visit all the time hospitals, they cannot pay such expensive bill of MBBS doctors. There are many thing but I don't think tech Mahindra can bring improvement in this kind of situation. Even HR is also not looking into it even after complaining about the same issue again and again. I don't like anything from Tech Mahindra because of my TL Haraprasad Sahu's bad behavior and i did complain to higher authority but nobody took it serious at Tech Mahindra, DlF2, New town, Kolkata

1. 0% Job Security. 2. ZTP is common here, you will hear this word everyday. even not comming on management's desired day, is treated ZTP. 3. Worst infrastructure you will ever experience. 5. Most of the companies gives reimbursement for transport but this company is special, it charges their employees for availing cab/company transport. 6. List is too long.............

It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Lots of parameters to get the variable pay Managers are not good Always searching for an opportunity to deduct your salary They will give weekoff on company holiday, so that they can save money Night shift allowance is very less 100 rupees per day and many projects don't have the night shift allowance as well

Highly biased operations Manager - Salma Sattar Shaikh (Handling a process under connect group as Smiths News) -- very poor management . She is extremely toxic for people and revengeful as well in a very very cleaver manner . Being a QA i have personally witnessed many of the tenured team leaders leaving the organization because of her mood swings , a total drama queen on floor and even agents are aware of her behavior. Currently she is running this process as her family business . I left the organization in June 2024 , even now some of the leads and SME's call and share about there grievance of being tortured by her. Anyone planning to join Tech M be very very cautious as DO NOT JOIN SMIITHS NEWS as there is no employee centricity and there are no efforts to retain employee even is they give their blood & sweat for the company . Extremely toxic Manager . Least bothered to save tenured employees . Nothing in black and white . Excess grey matter . She had be showcasing her SME as an assistant manager (Surpassing the growth hierarchy) Operates like a small gang. The work environment is very good and collaborative and their team members and seniors and colleagues are very helpfull and supportive . Overall tech Mahindra gave me the better opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

Their shift timings are very inconvenient . Because their day shift is okay but night shifts are not good for the female employees because the shift timings like 4:00 to 1:00 So I was not comfortable to work there.

Skill development and learning are mandatory in TechM which helps people to grew their skills.

Appraisals are the worst as most people will get 4% hike. People who work beyond will get the same increment as with the other people as it is default by the grade. And when it comes to bonus for any festivals, they will not provide any.
