Firstly, i would recommend not to join in this company as Non voice process, i don't know about other process. Some Team leaders not all, assume that ur getting 50k per month like that the will torcher you as hell. As day by day work pressure is increasing they will fell u like ur unfit to do any job, they will demotivate you. 👎No ethics and value, No equality,No paid leaves, No promotions,No salary hike,No work life balance, and very less salary ☹️ U will only get hike or promotion when ur favour with TL, otherwise they will be rude with you They will force you to login 1hr before and logout after 1hr , as already our working hours is 9.50 🫠. Training Time bondings..... floor environment was good... after my TL left the office...it was like hell.

No promotion...no appreciation for your hard work.. They will tell you to terminate in every situation...... whenever you will apply for ijp they will choose their favourite employee which was decided by them.... some Tl is so biased towards there team..... so many parameters you have to achieve everytime

they will just employee you in someother LOB and then after sometime they will shift you in different according to the mood of team leader , will state that it's process demand. They just want to employee everyone but don't have PC's for the employee. Team leaders and SME are so worst like top level worst that they make workspace toxic , so much toxic your mind will say i just don't want to work. It's just the brand name techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. People on top management, majority of them are from Maharashtra , they give importance to Marathis, they don't give much importance for individual's technical skill, they follow language bias.Most of the meetings are held in Marati, if anyone oppose this though he or she is technically strong, will be thrown out of the company. Due to huge work load I learned how to work in critical states & improved multitasking skills. I also learned how to handle workload & multiple tasks lonely where it requires 2-3 resources to complete.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. Tech-M dont care about their employee satisfaction. The processes are made only for organization benefits which shows that how organization working with labor mentality.
