I like tech Mahindra because the culture of tech is very good and gain the knowledge of blened process. I am happy to have much skills while working with tech Mahindra.

Dislikes

I got to know after completion of one year with tech Mahindra, there is not salary increment and they do not provide email access after 6 month for work from home candidate, I filled ijp and inform to connect me on my personal email but no response. Overall tech Mahindra is good company and give much skills and enhance the knowledge as well.

Apraisal is very poor, occurs every 2 year and only with 2 percent hike. There is no perks and benefits. Work satisfaction is zero.

As the work place is good spacious and some stress buster games are available on floor .Good to work atmosphere

As some tenure females co employees feel that I went try to ask some doubts feel asking there work as to be sured not to repeat the mistake once done not good helping nature ,bad tl , management all as was part of healtech app Narayana Health hospitals.

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Tech Mahindra is an absolutely amazing organisation, the colleagues were amazing and the managerial staff were also supportive.

Dislikes

Everything. The work culture at tech Mahindra is very toxic, people do plan and plot politics against each other for no reason. Salary issues are there, shift issues, you will always be working and won't get to time even to use washroom etc.

honestly, I did not like anything about the company from day one how they treated the employee literally like a puppet as the employee does have another way to do this job

they don't even provide any computer hardware to the employees when we are at work we have to find the proper working keyboard and mouse to plug to our system when we had to start the work

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.
