I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth

The system of handelling agents is not good, it needs to be improved and practical and obviously professional, secondly the judgement of agent capability depends on ridiculous yardstick, not a good experience.
