I am currently working at Accenture as a Consultant with a fixed CTC of 10.70 LPA.
I have received offers for a senior position from both Deloitte USI and Tech Mahindra:
Deloitte USI: 19.5 LPA (fixed)
Tech Mahindra: 20 LPA (fixed)
I would appreciate your suggestions on which offer would be a better choice.
