My time at it was riddled with frustrations. The management style was consistently top-down, with little room for employee input or suggestions. Decisions were made in silos, often without considering the impact on teams or individual contributors. This lack of transparency and communication created a climate of mistrust and uncertainty. The company culture was equally disheartening. There was a palpable lack of work-life balance, with unrealistic expectations and a pervasive sense of being constantly "on call." The emphasis seemed to be on quantity over quality, leading to a decline in both productivity and morale. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating a homogenous and unwelcoming environment. Overall, my experience was a negative one. The toxic management style and unsupportive culture left me feeling undervalued and drained. Learning is better than previous companies

Too much workload due to insufficient staff in the process. They are not even try to hire employees even if they said they need three more employees. Something is always deducted from salary every month and then, we have to wait for 1-2 months till manager send an email to HR and it gets approved. Something of the promoted TL don’t even deserved to be at that position.

Project will not allow you to do your personal thing it is over all worst management I came across really bad management don't have job security my 2-3 colleague terminated because of they against of there rules and so called project.

Management, weekly shift change , rotational shifts, working hours,bad projects client don't care about associate and tech Mahindra management too they only care about process in any circumstances,No leaves approval,only 100/- night shift Allowance provided by company for whole night work.

Too much politics they will never see your work or talent they need the person who satisfy them. They will give them promotion and all if there performance is 0 also..if we raise our voice they will silently remove us by giving ztps and all

When the business goes down they don't hesitate to layoff the employee in days. When the issues in the project are reported the management doesn't interfere and take necessary steps to control the damage. Whatever the client says becomes final without any query and response. Worst management practices. Never join this company unless there is a compulsion.

RMG team is a disaster,they are too lazy and won't provide you projects when you are on bench even if you are a fresher they expect you to find a project by yourself and if you are not able to find a project they fill force you to resign and layoff. HR's are as unprofessional and unethical as they can get. Salary for freshers is worst in the industry as well as hikes are bad. My advice will be if you have better opportunity or even a startup offer join there instead of joining here and destroying your career. When we approach HR regarding any medical reasons or issues, they straightaway push the candidate for termination and resignation. There is no understanding of employees by the HR Team. No member from HR Team is supportive for situation.

Barely remember I guess people I was surrounded by were pretty good

Too many reason work life balance was pretty bad due to rotational shifts and week off for leaves we need to apply weeks before still not sure if it will be approved during holiday season and targets were just too much sometimes too achieve!!

No clear cut roles and expectations of a role are defined. No hikes irrespective of performance and client appreciations.
