Barely remember I guess people I was surrounded by were pretty good

Too many reason work life balance was pretty bad due to rotational shifts and week off for leaves we need to apply weeks before still not sure if it will be approved during holiday season and targets were just too much sometimes too achieve!!

Worst management in my project. My manager is highly disrespectful & involves in personal life of people. Tech Mahindra don't have sick leaves.

I’m not familiar with other campuses, but I worked at the Tech Mahindra campus in HiTech City. The outdoor surroundings, architecture, greenery, plants, swimming pool, and gym were amazing. I absolutely loved it!

Dislikes

I worked in the Verizon chat process, and at the time, I had no idea how the office operated with cheap politics. The IJP rollout was a waste, with fixed promotions and a terrible culture of nepotism and favoritism. No one seems to care as they’re only focused on the numbers. I can't speak for others' experiences, but I believe higher officials need to address these issues and take appropriate action....Read More

I like tech Mahindra because the culture of tech is very good and gain the knowledge of blened process. I am happy to have much skills while working with tech Mahindra.

Dislikes

I got to know after completion of one year with tech Mahindra, there is not salary increment and they do not provide email access after 6 month for work from home candidate, I filled ijp and inform to connect me on my personal email but no response. Overall tech Mahindra is good company and give much skills and enhance the knowledge as well.

As the work place is good spacious and some stress buster games are available on floor .Good to work atmosphere

As some tenure females co employees feel that I went try to ask some doubts feel asking there work as to be sured not to repeat the mistake once done not good helping nature ,bad tl , management all as was part of healtech app Narayana Health hospitals.

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. they extend work hours with 0 documentation, promotion for compromizing women is high, skill talent experirence is worthless here. for appraisal u get 4.88% in 2 yr. flat 5% salary hike if u get promoted. this is a living hell and desaster interms of managment. transport is worst and 1 HR for 5 process who only listens to managment

No doubt Company is good but the seniors who running the process are everage. They just know to get the work at any cost. Yes your personal life will be ruined totally. I haven't been given even my salary & leave encashment for the days that I've worked on at the time of FFS (Full and Final Settlement). Now even HR is not responding to my calls or texts. Terrible management and unreliable people at workplace that I've ever seen. They simply used me until they have dependancy with me in the project and have not paid for it.
