they will just employee you in someother LOB and then after sometime they will shift you in different according to the mood of team leader , will state that it's process demand. They just want to employee everyone but don't have PC's for the employee. Team leaders and SME are so worst like top level worst that they make workspace toxic , so much toxic your mind will say i just don't want to work. It's just the brand name techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. nothing...too much work pressure in almost every project... so leaves.. no saturday sunday.. i took 3 leaves in full year( include almost 90% saturday sunday) and daily working hours are greater than 12.5 hrs ..minimum 12.5 hrs

In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly.
