Firstly you have to talk with your recruiter about in hand salary. Because they don't pay you on your in hand salary. They have a rule for PLI.

they will just employee you in someother LOB and then after sometime they will shift you in different according to the mood of team leader , will state that it's process demand. They just want to employee everyone but don't have PC's for the employee. Team leaders and SME are so worst like top level worst that they make workspace toxic , so much toxic your mind will say i just don't want to work. It's just the brand name techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.
