Not much, it all depends on the project you get. If you are familiar with anyone from higher management, you will get the project or else you are on your own.

I did not like company culture much. Siloed working and its always about delivery thats all. Typical bossism culture and upline management hardly cares about employee skill development. It is just about revenue, ebidta and thats all. No employee engagement

If you are assigned to a project then Tech M management won't ask you anything and it's up to you how you manage your client which will eventually leads to your work life balance

No increment no appraisal even if you do extra ordinary work work and gets multiple acknowledgement from client. Some times your tech m assigned manager will cause unnecessary stress to you

No promotions or appraisals since last 3 cycles and now they are reducing the variable payout to 80% too.. Firstly the salary being paid is very less and on top there are no promotions or appraisals and when asked why, the leadership team doesn't have an answer. Very bad team management. Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
