Right now,, it is very critical condition for everybody so everyone fighting to this battle so right now i dont want anything i am thankful of tech mahindra which is stand with me, in critical condition so i don't want to lose this job because if in any case u will get fired me so it is very very bed thing for me. So i expect for tech m in this very critical situation u will not lose me.

I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year.
